    Jekyll Island noodles is the best recipe for using random veggies from the fridge. When making stir fried veggies, I IIke to add a bit of water to the pan occasionally which stems the veggies and helps them cook faster. Briggs liquid aminos is a great addition at the end, adding great flavor and more nutrients.
